2 stars for ok visits in the past. This time however I called to see availabilities and how I can book again through Classpass using my pre-paid membership since I didn't see open times available. They told me they never heard of it then told me their prices. I booked in the past before via Class Pass and paid extra out of pocket for Gel (understandable!) but was shocked both the owner and daughter of the owner hadn't heard about it. "Mimi, the owner of the salon, provided subpar service and was very rude during my visit. The pedicure and manicure I received didn't last, despite the high price. The eyelash service was also not up to par. When I asked for a discount due to my dissatisfaction, she bluntly told me to take my business elsewhere. Definitely wouldn't recommend!"

didn’t do the design I requested at all, the nails were much too thick, the stars don’t look good because they are wonky and aren’t filled in, didn’t have the color I wanted (navy blue), and the shape is uneven. this was my first time ever getting my nails done. I grew out my nails for over 2 months just for it to be cut off and replaced by a poorly-done design. I cried for like an entire day because of how much I hated them. never getting my nails done ever again because of this.

The salon could use some upkeep, but the gals were really friendly. Pedicure was great, but what they refer to as builder gel is not builder gel and my nail broke before a week. The place I normally go to lasts longer than 5 weeks, so it's a bit disappointing to pay the same amount for quite the inferior manicure.
