didn’t do the design I requested at all, the nails were much too thick, the stars don’t look good because they are wonky and aren’t filled in, didn’t have the color I wanted (navy blue), and the shape is uneven. this was my first time ever getting my nails done. I grew out my nails for over 2 months just for it to be cut off and replaced by a poorly-done design. I cried for like an entire day because of how much I hated them. never getting my nails done ever again because of this.
The salon could use some upkeep, but the gals were really friendly. Pedicure was great, but what they refer to as builder gel is not builder gel and my nail broke before a week. The place I normally go to lasts longer than 5 weeks, so it's a bit disappointing to pay the same amount for quite the inferior manicure.
Quyen is amazing!! And puts up with my OCD 🤪 Love the family atmosphere. Prices are very reasonable because you don't have to get the full manicure when just getting a fill.
I hate leaving bad reviews but The first time I went there I loved my nail tech and the quality of work that was done but when I went in this last time I was not happy with the quality. I wanted a French nail that went in deeper on the sides the French tips are uneven and look weird as well as the color I wanted this dark sparkley green and she had to put a solid undercoat on which I get but she chose a really light color and didn’t ask my opinion so I felt like I couldn’t say anything she also didn’t clean up the sparkle on... read more
