This was my first time at the salon, and I had a great experience with Ken! Booking my appointment was easy, and I was seen right away when I arrived. I got builder gel, and my nails look super natural. My cuticles were perfectly cleaned without any discomfort, and the finish was beautiful. I also really appreciated that the manicure tools came in sealed sterilization bag, which is very important to me. The staff did a great job doing nails in the dark, literally. The electricity went out and they kept going. Harry did a great job on my nails. Staff is always friendly
Not sure what happened - first I got a manicure with regular polish and the next day it was all chipping and cracking - mine are better at home - when I called they said they don’t guarantee regular polish ! Thats not the end of it - for my pedicure it was kinda odd as the guy kept digging into my cuticles and now on day three they have small cuts and bruises - I’m trying to get wedding ready for my daughters wedding - and this just threw me for a loop - I hope my toes are okay never mind the $120 I spent - I will definitely... read more
Make an appointment same day & was seen right on time. I got a full set & pedicure. Both were really great. Ken did an excellent job. Highly recommended & will definitely be back!
