Best cake in the world! My company often has Treebeards cater luncheons or meetings and their food is excellent! The red beans and rice, gumbo and etoufee are favorites around my office. But the absolute best thing they have, in my opinion, is their yellow cake. I had heard people rave about it, but could not figure what the big deal was about yellow cake....until I took my first bite. I don't know how they do it, but it really is the best. Catered in or eaten at the restaurant, everything is outstanding.
