Fabulous food, and Renee is an amazing bartender. Went there three times in the last week. If you go, and you need to, you have to order a "trust me" and then another, and another...Basically they ask what you won't eat and then deliver a delicious small plate. Order another one and you will get something else good to eat. Never the same one. They also have a trust me cocktail and dessert. We're still talking about how good it was! Trust me and go!
Racket; not a decent wine in the house,& dirty. Will not return!
Greatest place in New Orleans bar none. I come here multiple times per visit and have never been disappointed. Trust them and get a Trust Me.
When you think of finding that really cool off the path local bar - this place is what you imagined. It's great! Unless some jerk, Benji, is in there.
The drinks were good. The atmosphere was nice too. The bartender was a smart ass. Other than that we had a nice time.
My first time in New Orleans was amazing thanks to Mimi and her awesome bartender Renee. The "Trust Me" was well worth it both as a drink option as well as the food. Will be back next year!! Can't wait!
So happy we found Mimi’s! Staff was awesome, environment was very cool and laid back. We watched 2 parades roll by last night and couldn’t have picked a better location! We will return!

The food and music were great, but the bartender completely ruined the experience for my group. She acted like she didn’t want us there from the moment we walked in. Was very condescending and stand off-ish. We asked her if we had to order food through her and she very rudely told us yes as if it was a no brainer.
