1st visit Tina sold me on her liquid gel specialty, great look. 2nd - 4th visit were fills & the same price as the first set with. Degree of service decreased with each return visit. My drop in visit I agreed to have her co-worker do my fill, "trained by Tina and just as good". I asked her to shorten the length, she YELLED at me over & over & over! I don't need to belabor my point. Lots of room for Educating on Customer Service.

This salon is the only place that I trust to get my hair done. I have found that the stylists are very attentive to the needs and wants of their customers. I never have to worry if the cut or color will come out right. Many times I have gone somewhere else, and I ALWAYS regret it. I do admit that the prices are a bit high......especially for the extensions ($500)!!! But I usually get a cut, highlights, and style for about $110.

A local favorite of mine When you find a good stylist in this salon,stick to the same person.They don't like it when they do your hair, and then you make an appointment with a different stylist.My stylist Bernice is very prompt and gives her honest opinion concerning the health of your hair.She does her best to accomodate you to schedule an appointment,no matter if you want to come in at 7am.She's great with color & bleach.

High budget low quality The stylists are very attentive, but their prices are bank breaking. The quality is not as high as their pricing!
