After the owner of Mimi's Cafe had requested that I send my complaint to their guest relations department via a private email message, I comprised a detailed explanation of MY complaint which took quite a bit of additional time. To date, the owner never responded to my complaint and offered a resolution or a gift card compensation. I received a flyer in the mail about the upcoming Alignment Health Care seminar being held at several restaurants in Fresno and Clovis. I selected the Medicare seminar being held at Mimi's Cafe on September 23, 2025. (NOT AUGUST 23, 2025- CORRECTION MADE ON THE REVIEW!) The flyer from Alignment Health Care also had a restaurant listed the had caught on fire in the kitchen area and was shut down.
