Had a great experience here this week. The owner put together some great bouquets for me. The prices were very reasonable and I definitely found my new florist. I love their hours, hard to find a place open outside business hours, now I can easily stop here after work. The owner was incredibly kind when I mentioned one bouquet was part of me celebrating my year of sobriety and even offered me another congratulations when I came to pick up the 2nd bouquet. Excellent service! Veronica really knows their clientele!! Needed a specific rose color that other places were out, she immediately knew what I was looking for and created it right there. Im so happy I found this place!
Never again. All it really takes for me is that 1st experience. I walked in here for the sole purpose of supporting small business but when you charge a normal looking bouquet of flowers (something that would be $19.99 or $25 -$30 the most at a grocery store), okay they added nice paper n ribbon. But when you charge over $70 dollars for a medium size bouquet, that’s taking advantage of the customer. Bye. You can’t expect customers to return to you like that.
