I met my sister and her friend for dinner before a concert. She had put her name on the list and then waited for me outside. When we walked in, two other couples who arrived after us were seated before we were. When my sister questioned the hostess, she got a lame excuse about the other people being ahead of us or some b.s. Once we were seated, our server tells us they are out of grilled chicken and salmon. Easter Sunday, understaffed.
If our waitress had did a lot less chit-chatting she could of taken care of her tables better. The service was terribly slow and waited 20 minutes for our bill and finally found the manager to be able to pay. Food was good tho but will not return because of service.
RecommendedWest Coast Reuben is my choice every time here. I’m sure the rest of their menu is great too; I just haven’t got past this wonderful sandwich
Soup came out cold, fries were cold, sandwich was soggy. Didn’t want to accept my coupon and waitress wasn’t good. Will eat somewhere else next time...disappointing!!!
