First off if you can only service one person at a time that’s not a very profitable way to do business...we came in a couple days ago and the girl wasn’t very welcoming and said there was someone trying on dresses in the back...ok cool congrats to them! However you should have your dresses out in the front so people can look at them so they can figure out what they want to get....I knew three other women in there at the same time and we all left thinking the same thing....you lost out on a descent amount of money I think!

Bethany is the sweetest thing ever ! She worked with me 3 times just to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and I had so many choices to choose from . Bethany is the most caring and Harding girl and I’m so so grateful for all the effort she put into making this experience everything I wanted !
Unfortunate issues with groomsmen attire. Despite having accurate, legible measurements, one pair of pants was 4" too wide (36" rather than 32") and one vest was different from all others. Luckily we (not Mimi's personnel) caught these mistakes with enough time before the wedding. Customer service also left much to be desired. Rather than apologize, all we got was excuses and denial. At least they got the proper items in time for the big day.
Capella was so knowledgeable and sweet. It was so fun and relaxed. The setting is lovely and we were put at ease immediately and found the perfect dress in less than an hour. Thank you, Capella and Mimi's, for making it a fun morning for us!
Mimi’s Bridal has a wide variety of very unique wedding dresses! They are always ahead of the game when it comes to what is in style. The environment is very professional and welcoming. Highly recommended!
