Got a refill for uv gel. The lady rushed. Charged me 70$ for thick un even nails. The design was basic. Which was also sloppy and uneven. She was rushing to get to the next customer. Who had an app

I was seriously hurt by their body massage after telling her multiple times it was too hard and rough- she did not listen. I also suffered a first degree burn from the towel placed on my back. I jumped and screamed so loud from the pain- I had to tell her to please stop. I don’t usually leave reviews but both this woman and the manager were completely apathetic to my pain .He still charged me full which honestly I didn’t even ask for a discount- but should’ve been courtesy.
