Leaving this review after my 3rd time going over the course of a year. I have a nail tech that I go to, but when I need an in between appointment or forget & try to schedule too soon, I would go here because it’s one of the closest shops to me. When you go to nail salons in underserved communities you know they expect a certain type of client & it’s very evident in the way they provide service. I made yesterday my last time coming to this nail shop because while I was getting my nails done the younger nail tech and the lady nails she was doing start lowkey talking about how I was getting my nails, the color and the shape I was getting , which is very rude. I’m a quiet person so I’m not sure why they’ll just start attacking me like that but it made me feel uncomfortable so I won’t be going back there because I’m big on good customer service and professionalism wherever I spend my money.
