Always got my nails done from here. Came last week one lady I’ve never been to messed my nails up. I still paid for my service. Tried another time, today. Show the guy my nails. And asked for a full set. And I’ll even pay to take them off and re do them. Explain to him I came 6 days ago and it wasn’t shaped right. I visited this establishment on Saturday March 1st 2025 to get a Mani and Pedi. I went in with an acrylic tip manicure from another salon, that I wanted removed. I showed them a picture of the nail design that I wanted, which were acrylic tips, and they said they could do it with no problem. I have naturally long and healthy nails so the man that started on my nails said that my nails were so pretty and healthy and to keep doing whatever I was doing. This was my 1st time coming here and I will absolutely be coming back! I was not rushed to make decisions and my nail tech was not rushing to get done. Their service was very relaxing and priced well. I left the shop and noticed that my color wasn't taken all the way back to my cuticles so I went back to the shop within about 15 mins and Mimi got me right with no complaining, disrespecting, or an additional fee! I left again very pleased!! I will be back again.
