I’ve been to this place a couple of times and everything was great. I thought I would go back to get my acrylics removed and the lady seemed so rushed. She did not soak my nails and proceeded to shove a different nail extension under my acrylic to take it off. They did not soak them and it was very painful. I didn’t realize how much I needed this until I sat down. The pedicure was so relaxing—I actually forgot about my phone for a while, which never happens. The foot massage was heaven, and they were so gentle and thoughtful the whole time. Then the full set manicure? Absolutely perfect. Clean, elegant, and exactly what I asked for. I have been a customer here for probably around 20 years give or take. I went in to get a pedicure and SNS dip on my nails. MY pedicure was wonderful! The technician was lovely! Then I was transferred to a young girl for my nails and it was downhill from there! I asked for "squoval, square oval" she looked at me like I was nuts.
