I have a 4yr. Who doesn't like getting haircuts because of the noise. We needed a haircut before school starts. We had been letting it grow out. Mimi was amazing. My son got his lollipop, sat down..his nervousness was left a the front door lol. She had him feeling comfortable, like she been cutting his hair since day one.
