Called and was treated with such curtness, wouldn't even let me explain why I was calling, Just said not taking any new patients. Her Courtesy level was a very POOR.
We’ve had Dr Sato Re for 7-years as our primary care physician. She takes the time to listen to us and come up with a plan whether it be synthetic drugs or alternative treatments. We trust her completely and highly recommend her.
Dr. Sato-Re has been our family Dr. for 20 years. She is fabulous. She makes you feel comfortable, listens to all your needs, discusses all options. Always calls back too.
Rudest doctor I ever met. I scheduled an appointment and when she came in she said, “how did you get in here? My practice is closed.” I answered that I just made an appointment. She was rude throughout the appointment, made it clear she didn’t want me as a patient.
