The ladies are nice & friendly. But tomorrow will be 2 weeks since I got my hair done and my hair already looks a month old. I have soft hair and my braids keep slipping out. I went 2 days ago and got some braids placed back in my hair and the braider re-braid a few braids.It was this one braid in my hair that was holding on for dear life in the middle of my hair but the braider decided not to take that one out and re-braid it , instead she braided the end of the braid and that braid slipped out this morning along with anoth... read more
first red flag I walked in the shop said good afternoon all the ladies looked at me. second my braider kept taking breaks i could’ve been out of the shop an hour earlier if she didn’t. they are too busy in their phones instead of braiding when im spending all this money
They were very fast with my boho bob, there were two ladies and they started at 8:45 finished by 12! Definitely found my new shop, blessings to them!
Both of the ladies that did my hair had hygiene problems. I know not everyone wears deodorant but please be self aware about any odor you may have while standing on top of a paying customer's head. I've been to other braiding shops and have not had to deal with that... It's unacceptable. However, This is a ok last minute shop to go to. I'd recommend going in the morning because depending on what you're getting and who's there your hair may be stopped multiple times. My Daughters appointment was for 3 she wasn't seen until almost 5, I asked what's the point of appointments if they don't honor them . I personally wouldn't return.
