These people used dish soap to wash my hair. I didn’t realise at first because of course my back was to the washing station, but I noticed after I sat down for her to blow-dry my hair that the bottle she used had a bright green liquid and was in a bottle much shaped like one for dish soap. I also knew this because my hair felt like straw after she washed it. My hair has never in my life felt that dry after washing it with actual shampoo, even with it being 4c. So I’ve arrived at the shop little late due to traffic, but I notified the owner but never received a response. I arrived and someone was laying down as I walked in. I came in and was directed to sit down and I did.
