If I was Mimecast I would be embarassed at the atrocious level of service. After scheduling an online meeting with Mimecast, the company failed to show up or even to offer a courtesy email explaining that they would be late/not attend. There appears to be no way to contact the company, or any method of internally handling complaints. Ridiculous.
The quality of the product is excellent; however, I have been unable to connect with customer support despite making three attempts. During each instance, I experienced long wait times exceeding 15 minutes without successfully connecting to a representative. This has resulted in a waste of my valuable time. mimecast to consider the support response time.
Good product but expensive. Will drop price if you negotiate
