The girls working on Thursday night were really friendly and helpful. They didn’t make me feel rushed or unwelcome while I took my time deciding. When we made our purchase they took the time to include my son and husband in conversations too. It was a nice experience overall.
Went in with another person to ask about a diamond that fell out of my Mimco earring and any options on getting it replaced or fixed politely. We were the only customers in the store with two ladies behind the desk. The younger one was helpful and empathetic. However, the second older lady with glasses rolled her eyes and said they could not help us because they is no warranty for earrings. She told us this in an aggressive tone.
