I had an appointment booked today (Saturday) at 4 pm. I called two days prior, and Nala or Lala confirmed my appointment. It was my first time coming here, and I had high expectations with the 5 stars this place had. As my mom and I walked in, the door had a sign that said CLOSED. I tried calling the number on the website and the number on a sign that showed what times they were open weekly, but none of them answered.
