Dawn is very prompt in answering any questions that I may have. If she is not able to answer phone, she returns my call quickly.
Knowledgeable, able to interpret my needs and helped me match those needs to a great plan.
Being new to Medicare you answered all my questions... Even helped navigate thru the websites. Websites can be confusing, but they were able to talk me thru them. Call them, you won't be sorry.
