Apartments are in good condition, the amenities are good and clean. Office staff are friendly and always willing to help in case of any issues.
This management team that hires people to run this establishment should be accountable for there actions. This is no way to run a property from someone who is in property management, I would never run a property like this one. Horrible service. No remorse no respect no accountability. Just rude staff. Just horrible service.
*** Update*** It has been 3 years and I am happily still here. As with apartment living, there are some ebbs and flows, but I have continued to enjoy my stay. The staff has continued to be helpful and punctual with all of my service requests. The community events they host are very nice. Enjoying living here and will be continuing my stay. My family and I feel safe and the management team and maintenance have been courteous. They have remedied all of my necessities thus far. I’ve lived at this apartment community for the past three years and have had nothing but a positive experience. The property manager and staff truly treat you like family, always making sure residents feel welcome and supported. The complex is well-maintained, and I’ve never had any problems during my stay.
