I mean, the company i was with is the only reason I gave it the rating I did... my homie 5 stars... the room.. nah its not it. However they are big rooms and quiet
My husband and had stayed here before and it was nice but I do have a few complaint is the toilet is too low..I had to have my husband help me on and off the toilet. Can't you get normal size toilets not the "low boy" kind? Also, we couldn't even get local TV channels in...we enjoy watching the local news and it would have nice if there was a booklet in each room that shows local TV channels along with dish/cable TV show, local restaurants that deliver, etc. Not sure if there is a disabled rooms. I was charged 98 dollars for a room infested with cockroaches but they refused to give me my money back room 12 they knew they were there bc they’ve been getting it sprayed but denied knowing
This place has never been all that nice of a hotel. It seems it has really gone downhill!!!! This place is infested with cockroaches. my friend had to go buy supplies to try and keep them manageable. The service and staff are not very nice and not very helpful. It was like pulling teeth just to get a new
