Worst experience with an optometrist office. They made a mistake with our appointment and I called to get some clarity. I was transferred to a women who instead of offering any problem solving, an alternative or even a simple apology for the confusion, first blamed me, then my teenage daughter, then my husband for the mistake. The women was from the start defensive, rude, and kept interrupting me when I was asking a question until she was yelling over the top of me.
