I hadn't been to a dentist since I was a child. My teeth are awful and I was so embarrassed to schedule an appointment. In fact, my teeth were so covered in tartar he wasn't able to finish the initial exam. They scheduled me for a cleaning and to finish it right away. And Dr. Bachhuber was so understanding and didn't make me feel bad for it at all. He gave great advice and was incredibly kind throughout it all.
