Last year, Juan fixed a gutter and some wood that had rotted beneath the fascia. It was a difficult job on a hot day, and the price was very fair.
Juan did a garbage disposal installation for me. He communicated well leading up to the install, and did the installation on time and all works as it should. Would be happy to use Juan again in the future.
We needed some serious repairs done to our bathroom. Juan a had just done a simple replacement of another faucet and we decided to gine him a go since the other firm we contacted seemed to have forgotten us. He started on a Tuesday and repaired all the damage, replaced the toilet with an ADA toilet. Replaced the sink, installed hand rails. Replaced the old tile with ceramic, repainted the walls and a a few other things. He was prompt, courteous and came in within the budget.
