I’ve been taking my cats here for a few years for checkups and dental cleanings, but this past year I had a horrible experience and felt I needed to speak on it. They offer great standard dental cleanings at a good price- but they are not a good option if you have a cat with stomatitis. I live next to a different vet clinic in Shorewood and drive about 30 minutes to come here. Extremely good value and the vets are well above average in skill and speed.
Very argumentative I don't know if its because I'm black or whatever, I called to recieve medication for my dog allergies, they said its been over a year the last time they seen my dog therefore i would need to set another appointment for my dog. Understood, however, I'm frustrated because if my dog has allergeries my dog has allergies I don't understand why I would need to set an appointment every year for condition she will have for the rest of her life, none the less with them relaying this information the Vet was very ru... read more
I’ve been going to Downtown Vet Clinic for a while, but their service never felt quite right. Their prices always felt abnormally high too. That’s what got me to try this vet, and WOW am I impressed! The vet is incredible, the people working are friendly, the pricing seems way better (based on one visit, but still), and they even gave me a follow up call a few days to check in. That’s so rare for vets to reach out to you. 5/5 experience and I will be returning. Highly recommend!
