Performance was PHENOMENAL... BUT they allow BABIES into the ORCHESTRA.. which means incessant NOISE.. Guess what? WE are HERE for NOISE (MUSIC) which is drowned out and ruined by the babies in the theater. Absolutely no ushers which is appalling. People on their PHONES, it might as well be a movie theater the way people treat it. CSO (CHICAGO SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA) IS WAAAAY BETTER!! THEY WOULD NEVER ALLOW THIS!!! I WASTED SOOOO MUCH MONEY
The Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra is an underrated gem in the heart of downtown Milwaukee. The orchestral hall is top notch, which some of the finest upscale designs and materials from yesteryear. The sound is impeccable and the elegance shines throughout the entire building. After the show, there are a few places you can go for a cocktail. Highly recommend for lovers of fine music.
The orchestra is on par with any in the world - Milwaukee has a real gem. The experience is also first-rate. The orchestra plays in a fantastic historic building that had been expertly restored. You should come check it out!
