Everything started off well almost 2 years ago . This year it has been the worst experience I’ve had. As landlord the communication is non existent no can actually they just pass the buck to the next person . They are also very unorganized.

Keep electing democrats in Milwaukee and this is what you end up with. People in Milwaukee wake up what has democrats done for u? Milwaukee in the top 10 most dangerous cities in the US n ran by democrats for over 100yrs . Roads are horrible n they keep raising taxes to piss the money away! Most is #3 for worse school district in the US so ask what are they doing with the tax money?

I'm a landlord with a tenant on rent assistance. They never respond to calls or emails. Calls are endlessly on hold and emails go unanswered. I'd be skeptical that anyone works there at all if it weren't for the fact that rent does come in at the the beginning of the month reliably. The problem comes in when you have to change something about the lease, raise rent, ask a question, schedule an inspection, etc. It is IMPOSSIBLE to reach anyone.

Been on Hold for Almost 3 hours Still No luck Left Messages after Messages Emails as well This is Beyond Ridiculous and Unacceptable Please Do better or hire better workers
