It's a wonderful program, however as of late post COVID they seem to have gotten rid of all the employees that knew what they were doing and had everything working like clockwork, now when you call yours on hold for hours never get a callback and no one answers emails. Why on earth did they replace all the old employees

Terrible as of lately landlord for years..... Had an inspection said the apartment was approved. Tenate moved in a month later was told need another inspection because of some reason or another . Did not pass. They have not paid consecutively every month since September.Not sure who can you call at this point.City of Milwaukee rent asst should be ashamed....
