Never answer phn I waited a hour n still didn't get to talk to anyone. I just wanna move Update Aug 2 2024 still nobody answered the phn at this point maybe fox 6 can help cause there isn’t anybody there it’s crazy update 4/23/26they are getting better with Answering the phones and calling back they still need to talk to people that work there that have attitudes and are rude If I could give them a star and a half I would still have not move though

Housing authority dismissing emails not even responding or trying to reach out to the tenant or landlord to find out what's going on it's really rude ridiculous for tenants to constantly be harassed and have to stay somewhere for a whole year the whole system is bs!

It's a wonderful program, however as of late post COVID they seem to have gotten rid of all the employees that knew what they were doing and had everything working like clockwork, now when you call yours on hold for hours never get a callback and no one answers emails. Why on earth did they replace all the old employees
