A quick meeting with Bob Arnold to get a feel for the latest in the local real estate market. We've had Bob work with us as a buyer and seller on 5 separate occasions; as a buyer Spring 2021. Not enough inventory, too many buyers, lots of competition, .......... It is during the times when things aren't going well that Bob, a seasoned pro, really helps us to meet our goals. Bob receives our highest recommendation as both a buying and selling realtor. In the past seven years, we have purchased two homes and sold one home with Bob. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the housing market in the Milwaukee area and the surrounding suburbs. He carefully listens to your goals and aspirations, does not push you on making decisions, and makes sure you are well-informed about the pros and cons of each decision that you make.
