They were very patient and helpful with all my questions. Made suggestions about repairs and upfront with cost and repair time. Have gone to them for help before and will go again if needed. Decent pricing as well.
Milwaukee PC can always be trusted to offer very professional service. I trust them with my electronics.
PC wouldn't start up. dropped it off there they told me it would be a 3-day ETA for them to figure out what's going on with it. It took them about 3 weeks to finish basic troubleshooting and tell me my CPU is bad. Not once did they reach out to me to give me any kind of update. The two times I called during those 3 week they had no explanation as to why they couldn't finish basic troubleshooting. I honestly believe that geek squad would be a better choice than going here.
