I'm a total nerd when it comes to PC parts and accessories and I love this place. Off the top of my head, I know how much certain parts and accessories should cost around and this place is always spot on. I also find that the people who work there are knowledgeable and nice. Tim was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me diagnose my system lagging issues by recommending a purchase of a new laptop with a faster processor, in lieu of the memory upgrade on my existing laptop I thought I needed. It ended up meaning a higher upfront cost, but thanks to the Black Friday special and the improved performance of my new Milwaukee PC branded system, it's proving to save me money in the long run by solving my issue.
