Today I brought in a really old laptop and was wondering if it was worth it to have it be fixed or just scrap it for parts and Tanner went through everything in a easy to understand way and gave me a lot of really good information. I would HIGHLY recommend this place if you have any problems!

My friend gave me an RTX 3080 GPU, but my PSU only had VGA ports instead of PCIe ports, and I was missing a third cable needed for the three connections on the GPU. I went over to MKE PC and Tanner gave me a free VGA to PCIe cable just out of kindness. It was a massive help as I had a work trip the next day and didn’t want to spend time waiting for shipping on a new cable. Thanks so much for the save, Tanner!

After patiently, yet unsuccessfully, solving my disabled track pad over the phone, I was encouraged to come to the store with only 30 minutes remaining prior to closing. I was greeted by Tanner who was able to rectify the problem within a few minutes. Professional and personable service, highly recommend.
