Knows his stuff I recently needed to buy a laptop for my daughter returning to school. I know very little about them so I was relying on the sales person. The sales person explained everything about the different features and why I needed them. He was also willing to add and remove certain features. Since they build them there they have alot more freedom with what you can have. The only part that I was taken back by was the price.
