We had a great experience with our two families, a party of 8 people (including 4 kids). Beth was kind and patient. Initially we reserved four tandem kayaks but Beth recommended we switch to singles and have the children ride in front (with pads) because it would be easier to navigate. I'm thankful we went with her suggestion because it made everything more manageable with the little kids. She refunded us the difference without us even asking. Beth and her crew at Milwaukee Kayak Company are great! Well run operation, friendly and easy to work with, great location to tour any number of routes through Milwaukee's waterways. Highly recommend AND these guys GIVE BACK helping educate teens on water safety, water skills, and access to the waterways -- So special THANKS from All Hands Boatworks!!
