A fantastic way to explore Milwaukee! I researched a handful of kayak rentals in the area and MKC has the best price. Their staff are always very friendly and helpful, walking you through the river map and recommended stops, and the location is super cute, with free parking spots. I recommend the four hour rental so you can explore and still have plenty of time to stop for a bite or drink along the way. They even include a helpful map with restaurant discounts on your kayak. Friendly and helpful staff. What a lovely way to spend an evening and bonus on a Harvest Moon night.
We enjoyed kayaking up and down the Milwaukee River. It gives you a unique perspective of downtown Milwaukee. The 2 hour rental was just enough time to kayak to Lakefront Brewery, have a beer and head back. If you want to stop for food, the 4 hour rental is the way to go. Very happy with MKC. Booking was easy, equipment was in great shape, and service was awesome.
Such a fun experience! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making the booking process seamless. The kayaks are well-maintained, and the launch point is perfect for exploring the beautiful river. Guided tours are offered if you're new to kayaking or just new to the area and looking for some guidance, otherwise book a kayak and go exploring on your own.
