History Established in 1995. Milwaukee Joe was a man named Joe Libowski. As the name implies, we was from Milwaukee, hence the name, hence the name Milwaukee Joe's. Next year will be our 20th year, supplying the Metroplex with awesome Ice Cream. Ice cream shops come and go, but we are blessed to have such a loyal following. I went to the Southlake location at 3 pm and luckily it wasnt too busy like it always is. I ordered a Butter Pecan milkshake and asked the server to make it a little thin, it was excellent and exactly what I had to ask for. The pretty lady was considerate to ask me if it was alright or she could redo it for me :) Five stars to the service and specially the staff. Hoping to come by soon. Thanks Guys

What terrible service! Or none at all, if you're as unlucky as us. We waited in line to taste and their two wonderful ladies behind the counter totally skipped my husband, my three year old and me. And served four other people behind us that came in way later. Terrible, terrible place and we're definitely never coming back. And when I asked the sales girl why she skipped us she said "I was doing something else". This is the south lake location. Saturday October 1 at 2:15 pm.

Myself and three ladies had a great day at the spa down the street from here and decided to try Milwaukee Joes Ice Cream Parlor. The server was new and very nice and such a good worker. The ice cream is fantastic. We will be back.
Love the variety of flavors. They have the usual flavors and some unique flavors which are all made in their shop. Yummy!
My husband and I went here and got their chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream in a waffle cone. It was the best ice cream we have ever had! The ice cream along with our waffle cones were so fresh!
Donnas coconut cake, absolutely amazing and reminds me of me grandma's cakes. Would love to see more of this flavor! Other amazing flavors are the chocolate chip cookie dough, almond joy, and just java! Yum! Yum! Yum! Better than Blue Bell in my opinion.
We didn't get to eat here like we had hoped to, but I want to say thank you for having such a great staff at your Southlake Texas location! My niece has a severe peanut allergy, so we called ahead to check for her safety. He told us that at the end of a day it was possible that products with peanuts had crossed into other products and he was concerned that it may not be safe for her. Thank you for your review. However, it is clear that we have to update our training. For situations like this, the server should have taken an unopened bucket of ice cream from the freezer and used a clean and sanitized scoop. Please come back again and ask for that and they will accommodate you. Thanks
