Zero stars was not available. They had them come out to give me an estimate for basement windows. I wanted to use this company at first but my availability was tough due to my heavy travel schedule. The lady that worked with me in the office was nice and said “just call when you know you’re going to be home we”ll just keep your glass in the shop”. Once my schedule opened up I went there to pay for the windows and install because they already had the windows made to fit. I wanted to show good faith and pay in full right away.... read more

Owners and their employees are very nice, great work on the windows. Took about 4 hrs for installation and cleanup for 7 windows. Good prices too
Happy with the window, not so happy with the install. Full transparency here - this was installed about 6 years ago. Upon completion of install I was told to paint the exterior exposed bottom piece of trim they put in - because they don't do that. No problem. Did that and touched up a time or two since. Went to check to see if I needed to scrape and touch up paint again and realized the bottom wood piece was rotted. Poor telephone customer service! Talking at someone is not going to help the customer understand your process. Tone matters. You’re the expert not the customer but don’t make them feel slow for asking questions while trying to understand what the process is especially after they’ve already spoken to one of your company’s rep regarding placing an order via phone which was said would be just fine.
