Wife was sent a message regarding a repair of our bed frame, no mention of date or time. They showed up 4 hours later and we turned them away. They never made an appointment, or mentioned they were coming, just showed up.

This place is a joke. Don't even think about using them. I've been waiting almost 3 months for a recliner seat spring. They answered 1phone call in that time. No email response. Always some excuses why spring not here. They were charging 100 for 1 spring replacement. We'll today I contacted lazy boy. 4 springs with mounting clips. $14. UNREAL. Charged me $65 to come look at chair. What a joke. BEWARE. Thought doing business local was a good thing.

Poor communication, poor customer service, no follow up. Deborah and Wesley arrived late after the 2 hour window that they set. During the visit, they confirmed that the base of our recliner was damaged and stated they would order a new one and that they would contact us when it arrived. No updates for weeks. Did not respond to text message with a request for an update. Made contact via email and only response was to reply back with a phone number. No greeting, no explanation, nothing.
