This place don't take your concerns into considerations. The aides don't wear name badge and I see why cause they talk to the residents real bad. I was checking up on my grandmother she wasn't herself asked the nurse to come down never did she got to shaking daughter went to go get her and she didn't do nothing nurse Angela she just down talk me her aide didn't want to change her. It's a new administrator as of Wednesday just had a new one and she wasn't there long. This place needs to get better my God.
It is one of the worst nursing homes in Milwaukee
This is the worst place in the whole state of Wisconsin that are under staffed. The staff miss treats patients. That don't bathe or feed the patient like they should. They leave patients in wheel chairs for as long as 16 hrs without changing them.or checking on them.And the Nurse Nicole verbally abuse patients then threaten the patient if they report them.
