Do not go here! After a month of no update on our saw repair, we called and they claimed they called us 4 times before throwing away our brand new $300 Milwaukee saw. Our call log has 0 calls and 0 voicemails from them that we offered to provide as evidence from our mobile carrier. They did not attempt to email us. We spoke to a supervisor who did not care at all. We asked them who else we could speak to and they sat silent and offered no other steps to resolve their lack of service and our missing and clearly not repaired t... read more
Great customer service!
Service was slow and nothing special. The really infuriating thing is that they are only open m-f from 8-4. They work less hours than most people do.
