Had the WORST patient experience i have ever had. I never felt so personally humiliated by physician which to explain i went in to discuss my inflamed tonsil and we talked more about my weight than the issue i came in with. His “bedside manner” was harsh and very rude. I left the appointment bewildered and extremely upset and felt that i spent 100+ dollars to be belittled and bullied. I can breathe again. I would get sinus infections 3-6 times a year, and I have not had one since my surgery. I do not need to prop myself up to sleep anymore as well. I am so grateful for Dr Gogan and his team.
Dr. Gogan was super understanding and helped me figure out what my issues were. Also, the front desk ladies were super friendly! Highly recommend this establishment
