When I first went here there wasn’t any problems. But then things changed. My car would sit for 1-2 weeks before they would even look at it. They wouldn’t answer the phone when I called. And when I went in person and the phone rang they didn’t bother answering it. You have to be extremely lucky for them to answer it. Then they kept they saying “they don’t have time to look at my car”. Yet they continue to take on a bunch more cars. Then they get super defensive when you say this stuff to them.

They answered the phone the first time I called and got me in for service within a few days (the liftgate on my Mazda wasn’t working). When I got there, staff was really friendly and I was in and out quickly. A part needed to be ordered and I was quoted a VERY fair price for parts and service, then scheduled to come back for installation. At the next appointment, they were able to reset my liftgate without having to install the new part at all! I would absolutely recommend this place to any and everyone.
