Called Milwaukee Appliance to repair my 4-year-old commercial washing machine. First I was told it was an expensive part I needed, and I okayed it. After installing it, the part did not solve the issue. Technician then said I needed a motherboard. At that point, I told him I would probably just buy a new machine. Buyer beware, morals lacking here. Suprisingly, coming from a husband and wife operation.
They made getting all our new home appliances easy and stress-free. Super helpful and everything arrived on time! Highly recommend!!
Wish I would’ve dug through the reviews a little more before I also wasted $160. I feel they should be up front about their limitations with refrigerator repairs. After the technician spent 5 minutes determining it was the compressor, I called the manufacturer who let me know it was still under warranty and gave me the names of 2 local companies who could replace it. Completely appreciate the need to bill for the visit, but you should’ve been up front that I should probably be reaching out to another company anyway.
