Terrible service. Long waits. Completely awful setup for children during long wait and my daughter bumped her head when I was trying to pull away from electronics. They kept us waiting almost an hour for vaccines because they had accidentally registered that the vaccines were completed when we checked in and then had to get special approval to give vaccines. It’s unfortunate because there are some talented medical staff
Echoing several reviews. Whether from lack of competence or ulterior motives I was charged $300 for fully covered preventative care that should have cost $0. Will be finding a different care provider.
While I have had positive experiences with doctors here, I am still dealing with an incorrectly filed claim from April of this year in which Sutter made a mistake and I am being charged hundreds of dollars for routine bloodwork (that has been fully covered before and after this mistake).
