This is a review for the 106th and Bedford location in Omaha. Very unprofessional. I just noticed that there was water on the floor of my storage unit, and now 3 of my mattresses are completely ruined. I talked to the gentleman at the office and he was a complete ass. He told me there is nothing he can do about my stuff and that it's my responsibility. MY RESPONSIBILITY that their units let in a ton of water and have ruined my belongings. Do not go to these people.
I have never met a manager of one of these places that sit there and cusses at customers! my husband was a day late on paying his bill and paid an extra $15 because it was late which is fine then he went today to get into the storage and then dude still had the lock on there and not only on top of that he was saying f*** you need to pay your bill.
