We have been very happy for over 10 years of sales and service. Laurie and Bruce have always been fair to us. Love our tub. Would very much tell you to do business there.
Throughly disappointed. The owners are rude, unhelpful, arrogant, they don't honor their warantees and have some of the most expensive products around.
I wanted to like these people, I chose to buy from them even though others warned me they could be difficult. I felt I could deal with them, I was wrong. The owners are not pleasant people. They can be rude and condescending to their customers. The owner refused to tell me what the product numbers were when I wanted to comparison shop, and was mad at me for not buying from them. Best Spa service – absolutely amazing friendly service. Bruce and Laurie have been so helpful since we bought our Spa 4 years ago. Prompt knowledgeable responses to every issue we have had. It is so refreshing to have a company follow through, with returned phone calls, or house calls. I recommend them without reservation.
Readers SPA SEEKERS BEWARE....The owners of this store are not kind!! In fact, they are downright rude. I don't want to get into a long dissertation about how they treated me the day I arrived to pick up a replacement spa cover!! When seeing the customer reviews posted on this site I am certain the postings were entered by the owners or family members...BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!
Buy From MILTON'S – My family was treated so well at Milton's. We wet tested a spa and nothing else comparied. We purchased a Sundance spa 3 years ago and continue to get advice and buy product from Milton's...Love this company, Love this spa.....

Awesome Business – We LOVE our new spa. This is the second tub we purchase at Miltons. Service has been fantastic. Spa is great. Recommend you purchase at Milton's Spas of Maine. Bruce and Laurie are great!!!!!
Great Company – I saw a negative review on this company. I have been a customer for over 10 years. They have been amazing to me and many people I know that have purchased there. I know that I would purchase there again in a second. The gentleman that put something in about a travel charge of 50 cents for gas, have you gotten a service from anyone. I just paid $1 a mile for service on my fridge. I never write on these blogs, but want to say, this company has treated us so well, before and after the sale.
