I had a 10:40 appointment for a simple tune up. I was there 5 hours waiting in the cold waiting room!!! They said they were a little backed up. If that is the case PLEASE be honest with your customers and give them the opportunity to get a ride home and pick the car up the next day!!! I am 75 years old!!
