They just hang up on people and never reachable
Dropped off my wife's 2021 Chrysler Pacifica for service, and called multiple times for updates. Each time stated "technician was out" but would be addressed soon. Called again a week out and center had not even evaluated the vehicle or started repair work. Awful service, incredibly difficult to reach, and did not try to fix any issues. Recommend avoiding using for service.
