I applied after I toured a house and they lady told me I would need a co-signer because of my credit so I got one which was $50 each and because it was my application I paid it. Well I received a message telling me I did not get the house but if the people don't pay the deposit they would be giving me a call, which I never received one so that meant they paid the deposit. Don’t do it! They charge you 45 dollars for a package for renters that is not an option you have to pay for it! On top of that 10 dollars credit card fee!!!! Y’all are bugging. The townhouses have mold in the back doors they are rotten. I have been 4years with them and they started going down hill specially with inflation and prices for what they offer. This is my last year with them!
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the conditions of the unit we were provided by Milton Realty Group. From the outset, the unit was infested with roaches. Despite our immediate communication of these concerns, the company was slow to respond and failed to provide an effective solution. As a result, we had no choice but to terminate our lease due to the unsafe and unsanitary living conditions.
