To be honest, she is the reason why I decided to do business with the company. Her customer service skill is phenomenal. She has a way of quieting the storm, and she says what she truly means. We were blown away when Ms. Poole found a wonderful tenant for us in just one week! This efficiency and her professional and pleasant demeanor made the entire experience fantastic. She was meticulous and highly attentive during our initial consultation, ensuring she understood our needs perfectly. I applied after I toured a house and they lady told me I would need a co-signer because of my credit so I got one which was $50 each and because it was my application I paid it. Well I received a message telling me I did not get the house but if the people don't pay the deposit they would be giving me a call, which I never received one so that meant they paid the deposit. So that was understandable so I asked how did the application work and they told me my application was good for 90 days so a month goes by I see an apartme... read more
