I haven't had a single call answered at this clinic in years. The only way I can make an appointment with my family doctor is to just show up. Its incredibly frustrating.
AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! This is not urgent care. How they have not yet been shut down is completely beyond me. The people i spoke with showed ZERO regard to my family member that was in pain. I have never in my life seen more incompetent staff, or doctors. They will put you on hold many, many times, and NEVER get back to you. Finally when you follow up for the 100th time, they will tell you to go to the hospital. Then when you get upset they say "im not going to speak to you if you speak to me in this tone". Disg... read more
What’s the point of booking an appointment if we have to wait for an hour this is ridiculous front desk ladies are not useful at all doesn’t matter if you have appointments or not you are still waiting from an hour .Dr.Hayder Al-Attar the best he’s been my family doctor since quite a while grateful for his service! But front desk ladies big zero for the service
Dr.Bejaei is very nice, soft spoken understanding doctor she listen to her patients carefully and answer all their questions i will give her 5/5 but for the delays I wish I could give them a negative rating. Every single time I visit, the wait is 1–2 hours minimum — appointment or not. What’s the point of booking if it doesn’t make a difference? Completely disorganized and disrespectful of people’s time.
Dr Mustafa Kamouna is the best doctor and helping A lot I really appreciate him
