Twice we have gone to this dealer first when looking for a vehicle. Twice we have walked away feeling deflated. Twice we went to a different dealer and drove away with a better car than planned within our budget. It seems that this is a fine dealership for a certain demographic but not willing to put in the work otherwise.
Came in a couple years ago and bought a Pilot from Gary Smith, went back this past Saturday and bought a barely used Civic from Gary again. I live closer to 4 Honda dealerships but the drive is so worth it. How you treat people matters.
