Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful customer service! We bought our car a month ago from Greg and had a minor issue come up with car this past weekend. Today Greg and David got it all taken care of- no questions asked and no run around. Matt in the service department was also great today, and Audra in finance is just fantastic! Love Adam In sales, he goes above and beyond even after you have purchased the vehicle. The service department is a completely different story. Have never gone in without some type of problem or being treated rudely. Adam set up the appointment for my car and watched them out in what I was bringing it in for. I couldn’t remember all of it. The people here are very rude and disrespectful. Took my car in for a recall and was there half the day. They come to me telling me I needed things I know I didn't.I bought a warranty when I got the car but they tell me I no longer have a warrenty. I woukd not recommend this place to any one if you can go some where else.
Never will I buy or reccomend anyone to this place. Even though I got a deal on the car, the financing was the sign that they don't care for you as long as you buy a car. We were pre approved and not planning on buying a car that day. Initially they wanted to finance us at a rate of close to 5%APR. Lol! Crazy? We pre approved for 1.9% with credit union but unable to get it done due to being late in a weekend. So, they said and I quote " go Monday to CU and refi" sounds good. Went in for an oil change took around the allotted time they mentioned. Left the dealership had to turn around take car back cause the oil percentage had not been reset then noticed the washer fluid had not been capped off went inside to wait for these services to be completed sit and waited for forty five mins. Went to check on the car and saw it sitting in the lanes and no one had came in the tell us it was ready Again. Very frustrating that it took all of our morning just for an oil change.
